摘 要随着时代的发展,大学生所学知识的深度及广度都有所增加,关于自身学科的实验就成为了一种了解并提升自身所学知识的一种重要途径。目前,绝大多数的大学都有自身的实验室。虽然拥有实验室,但是可以进行的实验并不多,并不是因为实验器材不能够完成实验,而是缺少实验的类型,这无疑是对资源的一种极大的浪费。实验室实验类型的多元化,不仅仅能够增加实验室的利用率,更重要的是学生可以通过更加多元的实验开拓自身的眼界,提高自身的专业水平。因此,开发更多的实验显得尤为重要。机器人生产取代简单反复的人工生产是一种必然的发展。机器人堆垛在工业生产中有着重要的地位,所以对于机器人堆垛系统的控制显得更加的重要。基于发那科机器人堆垛系统的控制,以陶德楼 310 机器人控制系统为背景,在原有的实验项目的基础上进行能力性实验的拓展,增加了堆垛功能,很大程度上提高了运输效率。实验在原有实验的基础上运用了更多的的专业知识,使得学生在完成实验时能够运用到更多的知识并加深对于知识的理解。关键词:发那科机器人;工业相机;PLC;机器人堆垛AbstractWith the development of the times, the depth and breadth of knowledge that college students have increased has become an important way to understand and improve their knowledge.
