马克思正义论视域下基于裸老族现状对我国养老保险体系的反思研究分析 公共管理专业

摘 要伴随经济的发展和社会的进步，底层劳动人民的生活水平较低的问题引发了大众的关注。缺乏养老保险保障的“裸老族”问题亟待解决。目前，大量年老的农民工迫于生计外出打工，每天奔波劳碌，却仍不能解决自己的养老问题，成了一群老无所依的人。本文通过问卷调查和访谈的形式，对全国部分地区农民工的基本情况进行调查，对政府、企业采取的农民工政策和措施加以了解，同时对“裸老族”问题进行了剖析，并提出完善企业年金制度、积极推进市级参保的商业保险化、统一参加企业职工基本养老保险的标准等具体可行的措施。关键词：马克思正义论；裸老族 ； 养老保险 ； 农民工；AbstractWith the development of economy and the progress of society, the low living standard of the working people at the bottom has aroused the public's attention. The problem of "naked old people" lacking the endowment insurance needs to be solved urgently. At present, a large number of old migrant workers are going out to work and work every day, but they are still unable to solve their own old-age problems, and become a group of people who have nothing to do with them. In the form of questionnaire surveyand interview, this paper investigates the basic situation of migrant workers in some parts of the country, understands the policies and measures taken by the government and enterprises, and analyzes the "naked old" problem, and proposes to perfect the enterprise annuity system and actively promote the commercial insurance of the municipal participation.
