民间借贷与银行信贷业务之间的联系摘 要：民间借贷和商业银行信贷业务作为不同企业获得资金的重要渠道，与企业筹资的健康发展有着重要关系。同时，随着我国市场经济的快速发展,企业数量在不断的增多,所需的流动资金也随之增多,包括个人的筹资项目来源，这里面包含的更是资金流动过程中民间借贷和商业银行信贷业务两者的相互关系和影响。本文旨在通过分析民间借贷和银行信贷业务的不同现状和发展特点，从而结合实际问题抓住二者之间在金融贷款上的关系，并分别提出合理化的建议。关键词：民间借贷；银行信贷；发展现状；措施The relationship between private lending and bank credit businessAbstract:As an important channel for different enterprises to obtain funds, private lending and commercial bank credit business have an important relationship with the healthy development of enterprise financing.
