摘 要本实验对宁德金溪开展秋、冬季的研究,测定金溪总氮、硝酸盐氮、氨氮、总磷、叶绿素 a 等指标,进行水质检测,并研究金溪浮游植物群落结构,分析其浮游植物与环境因子的关系。研究结果如下:浮游植物叶绿素 a 浓度在 1.92-54.15µg/L之间变化。秋季叶绿素 a 浓度平均值为 17.82±20.46µg/L,冬季叶绿素 a 浓度平均值为 8.89±5.49µg/L。秋、冬季各个位点营养状态存在时空上的差异。pH 在 6.68-8.67 之间变化,整体上看呈弱碱性。共鉴定出秋、冬季浮游植物 6 门 29 属 29 种,硅藻门、绿藻门和蓝藻门种类占比较大。其群落结构组成为硅藻-绿藻型。共发现优势种四种,为微囊藻、隐球藻、隐杆藻、小球藻。叶绿素 a 与丰度、生物量、pH、溶解氧均呈正相关。该研究可为相似水生态环境研究提供参考。关键词:水质检测;浮游植物;环境因子;金溪AbstractIn this study, the total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophyll a and other indicators in jinxi were measured in autumn and winter, and the water quality was tested. The phytoplankton community structure in jinxi was studied, and the relationship between phytoplankton and environmental factors was analyzed.The results were as follows: the concentration of chlorophyll a in phytoplankton varied from 1.92 to 54.15 g/L. The mean chlorophyll a concentration was 17.82±20.46 g/L in autumn and 8.89±5.49 g/L in winter. There were temporal and spatial differences in the nutritional status of each site in autumn and winter.PH varies between 6.68 and 8.67, which is slightly alkaline on the whole. A total of 29 genera and 29 species of 6 groups of phytoplankton were identified in autumn and winter, and diatomophyta, chlorophyta and cyanophyta accounted for a large proportion.
