北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文 台山市元丰农业有限公司物流管理问题研究台山市元丰农业有限公司物流管理问题研究摘 要农产品物流是我国农村经济的重点项目，当地政府不断加大对自身农产品物流以及农业企业的精准扶持，不仅加强了农村物流的基础设施建设，也为农产品物流的产业优化给予了有利条件。但是，位于农村地区的园丰农业企业在物流运输上仍存在较多问题，对于自身企业的发展造成了一定的限制。受内部管理和外部管控等因素制约，园丰农业发展面临货损率较高、基础设施建设落后、外部风险抵抗弱、专业人才缺乏等一系列制约。农业企业建设不仅是发展农村经济的迫切任务，也是国家对于农村精准扶贫的体现。因此，元丰农业要根据自身的缺陷，努力完善并实现创新型农业企业。本文以元丰农业物流管理为研究对象，介绍了元丰农业的现状、基本运营情况，并通过数据分析模拟未来库存量，通过文献研究内部与外部的环境，阐述了元丰农业对于加强基础设施建设，提升农业企业风险控制能力以及努力降低运输货损率的必要性。本文通过对文献资料的收集整理和实地考察研究，总结出了元丰农业在物流管理上遇到的限制，结合企业实际情况，提出了改进元丰农业物流管理问题的相应建议。关键词：元丰农业；农产品物流；农业经济；运输货损率北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Study on Logistics Management of Taishan Yuanfeng Agriculture Co.
