摘 要国民经济在我国经济的的发展史上一直处于不可替代的重要位置。其中中小企业又居于国民经济的中心位置,发挥着举足轻重的作用。而中小房地产行业作为中小企业中的重要组成部分,对国民经济的发展起着不可轻视的作用。如今是一个多变、迅速发展的世界,所有的行业都随着市场,政策,消费观等大方向的变化而变化,房地产行业也不例外。所以加强中小房地产企业的成本管理,努力降低其相关成本费用的支出,对提高中小房地产企业经济效益和促进国民经济的增长都具有重要的意义。 随着社会大环境的飞速发展,中小房地产企业面临的竞争压力越来越大,加之相关外部环境的挑战,相关成本管理水平相对落后等原因导致房地产企业出现成本过高,利润空间逐渐缩小等问题。本文以 KJ 房地产企业为例,主要分析了泰安鲁润地产开发有限公司成本管理中的现存状况,及其存在的主要问题,并且针对这些问题提出相对合理且切实可行的解决对策。关键词:中小房地产企业;成本管理;泰安鲁润地产开发有限公司 ABSTRACTThe national economy has always been an important position in the history of China's economic development.
