汽车换挡拔叉机械加工工艺规程及夹具设计摘 要 本次汽车换挡拨叉的加工工艺规程及其夹具设计因为零件外形较小,但是需要有较高的工艺性能,所以采用模锻的形式制造毛坯件。拨叉的加工过程中,对于平面应采用铣的加工方式,对于孔采用钻的加工方式。在设计 φ20 孔的夹具时,采用定位销对零件叉脚,孔端面等地方进行定位,并且采用 V 型块和螺旋压夹紧装置对零件进行夹紧。在最后对零件的整个加工过程进行工程定额预算,计算加工过程中的预算,并且对加工过程中是否对环境造成影响和污水的处理问题作出解决方案。关键词:机械加工工艺规程 夹具设计 工程定额ABSTRACTThe machining procedure and fixture design of the gear shifting fork of the car are small in shape, but they need to have higher process performance. Therefore, the blank parts are manufactured in the form of die forging. In the process of cutting fork, milling should be used for the plane and drilling for the hole. When designing the jig of φ 20 hole, positioning pin is used to locate the fork foot, the end surface of the hole, and the parts are clamped by V block and spiral clamping device.
