摘 要由于生活水平的不断提高,使得很多商业银行已经注重开始发展薪酬体系,不断使用薪酬系统来提高人们的工作热情,这样就使得商业银行不断折射出更强大的生命力,这样就使得商业银行的生产效率在不断提高,商业银行的成绩在不断进步。作为一个大型的银行,商业银行的管理人员一直在对薪酬的内容不断进行完善使得商业银行的系统已经被社会所关注。合理的使用薪酬内容,使得员工不断提高工作的积极性和工作效率,文章主要分析的是招商银行在现代管理中需要改进的内容,然后不断对招商银行薪酬激励机制提出了几点意见。这样的作用是不断帮助招商银行实现合理的薪酬激励机制,可以给其他商业银行的薪酬激励机制提出建议。关键词:商业银行;薪酬激励;招商银行 ABSTRACT Because of the continuous improvement of living standards, many commercial banks have begun to focus on the development of the pay system, constantly using the pay system to improve people's enthusiasm for work, so that commercial banks continue to reflect a stronger vitality, so that the productivity of commercial banks is constantly improving, and the performance of commercial banks is constantly improving.
