摘 要为了使软枣猕猴桃的果实有更好的口腹感及利用价值以及延缓软枣猕猴桃的软化衰老过程,我们进行了不同的植物生长调节剂对两个品种的实验处理及分析,调查了试验处理后果实的尺寸,糖度、酸度、软化率及硬度等性状。结果表明:CPPU 显著增加了软枣猕猴桃果实的膨大效果,且膨大效果随着浓度增加会愈加明显,GA3的处理对果实膨大没有明显的效果,反而高浓度处理有使果实变小的趋势。植物生长调节剂种类的差异会对软枣猕猴桃果实的成熟软化有不同的影响,10mg·L-1TDZ 可使果实达到延缓软化的效果最佳,低浓度的 GA3可加速果实的软化。贮藏过程中 TDZ 的处理明显使果实的可滴定酸含量下降,而 CPPU 处理结果反之。果实经过 CPPU 的处理,硬度随着生长调节剂浓度的升高呈下降趋势,对贮藏有着不利的影响。该试验结果可对软枣猕猴桃未来生产高品质、高性状、耐贮藏的大果提供参考依据。关键词:软枣猕猴桃;植物生长调节剂;果实膨大;软化AbstractIn order to make the fruit of Actinidia aruguta have a better sense of stomachs and utilization value and delay the softening and aging process of Actinidia aruguta, we carried out the experimental treatment and analysis of two varieties with different plant growth regulators, and investigated the size, sugar content, acidity, softening rate and hardness of the fruit after the experimental treatment. The results show that:CPPU significantly increased the fruit expansion effect of the Actinidia aruguta, and the expansion effect will be more obvious with the increase of concentration.
