“互联网+”背景下道路客运行业发展现状及方向研究内 容 摘 要道路客运由于其灵活方便、适应性强的特点，使得道路客运行业经过几十年的发展仍在全球产业经济中扮演着不可或缺的角色。然而随着时代进步，该行业逐渐显现出了它的局限性。近年来许多传统行业都在把握“互联网+”这一转型契机，道路客运行业也紧跟时代发展的步伐参与其中，但道路客运行业目前仍处在转型初期，与“互联网+”的融合深度及广度都有待提升。本文通过采用文献分析法和数据分析法，先对道路客运行业的现状进行研究，针对该行业在转型升级过程中遇到的问题进行分析，最后针对这些问题从企业角度提出对内和对外的改进建议，并从政府相关部门的角度就如何带领及协助行业健康发展提出建议，希望可以对转型升级工作提供帮助。关键词：“互联网+”；道路客运；转型升级PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIResearch on the Development Status and Direction of Road Passenger Transport Industry under the Background of "Internet +"AbstractBecause of its flexibility, convenience and adaptability, road passenger transport industry still plays an indispensable part of the global industrial economy after decades of development.
