北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计某公司 A 产品生产改善-生产设施规划与布置改善某公司 A 产品生产改善-生产设施规划与布置改善摘 要某公司以 A 产品为核心主导产品,该产品市场开阔,拥有大量客户需求,在旧厂无进一步扩建的可能下,公司已建立新厂并于今年初步投产。本小组在此实习发现该公司现布置方案尚存在不合理之处,因此决定基于设施规划相关理论和方法对其进行优化改善,使其物流路线畅通、减少物料搬运次数和距离,进而提高生产效益。首先搜集了国内外关于系统设施规划和生产物流的理论并进行概括分析,然后对厂区现布置方案和 A 产品工艺程序图进行分析,发掘出现布置方案存在的缺点例如物料搬运距离过长、物流路线迂回且混乱等。基于 SLP 法对相关要素进行分析,重新划分作业单元、计算 A 产品物流强度、物流非物流关系等。在得到作业单元对的综合相互关系后,绘制出相关图,然后结合各作业单元面积并稍加调整后设计出改善后的总平面布置图。最后采用加权因素评价法,将原方案与改善后的方案进行评估,确定最佳方案。关键词:设施规划;生产物流;系统布置法;加权因素评价法北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Production improvement of a product of a company - improvement of production facility planning and layoutAbstractA company takes product A as its core leading product, which has a wide market and a large number of customer needs.
