农民工医疗保障问题分析——以广州外来农民工为例摘 要：社会各界越来越关注农民工医疗保障问题。要保障农民工得到医疗卫生服务，必须对农民工的医疗保障体系不断探索，这不仅是在构建和谐社会中的一种要求，而且对解决“三农”问题产生积极作用。本论文通过对在广州市地区打工的 100 余名外来务工人员进行问卷调查，试以实证的角度出发，全面调查了他们的医疗保障要求与现状，同时与其他人的研究成果相结合，对我国农民工的医疗保障现状与存在的问题进行分析。为了让大家更了解农民工医疗保障现状，着实提高农民工保障以改善生活水平， 本文以制度创新为重点，从政府责任的层面，通过相关理论工具，对我国农民工的医疗保障制度不断完善，并提出农民工的医疗保障政策层次化管理、建立全民基本医疗账户等有效意见。关键词：农民工；医疗保障；广州Analysis of the problem of medical insurance for migrant workers——Taking migrant workers from Guangzhou as an exampleXXX Abstract: The community is paying more and more attention to the issue of medical security for migrant workers.
