本科论文摘 要十九大以来，随着我国市场经济的不断发展，如何提高管理水平和生产效率已经成为企业增强市场竞争力和企业管理效率的重要因素之一。为了帮助企业通过 ERP 系统实现资源的充分有效性利用，提高运作效率和降低成本。本文从 ERP 系统在企业管理中应用为出发点，以核工业福州粉末冶金双金属轴瓦材料公司作为研究对象进行分析，论证了 ERP 系统在企业管理应用中存在的问题，并结合案例分析和理论分析针对问题提出相关结论。关键词：ERP 系统，企业管理，生产管理，物流管理，财务管理本科论文AbstractSince the 19th CPC national congress, with the continuous development of China's market economy, how to improve the management level and production efficiency has become one of the important factors for enterprises to enhance market competitiveness and enterprise management efficiency. Aiming at help enterprise make best use of resources through ERP system, improve operating efficiency and lower production costs. This paper, which is starting from the utilization status of ERP system in enterprise management, demonstrates the problems exists in the utilization status of ERP system in enterprise management.
