摘 要在水产养殖方面上,诺氟沙星(Norfloxacin,NFLX)是一个非常有效的杀菌药物,并且在防治领域也有相应的积极作用。本论文选择诺氟沙星作为毒物和锦鲫作为实验生物,在实验室条件下模拟进行半静态染毒实验,研究 10 mg/kg、100mg/kg 高低浓度的诺氟沙星对锦鲫肝脏抗氧化防御系统的毒性效应。实验结果表明:10 mg/kg 和 100mg/kg 两组浓度都对锦鲫体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)有诱导效果,酶的活性上升;两者都对过氧化氢酶(CAT)抑制效果,酶的活性下降,肝脏的抗氧化防御系统受到伤害。在 14 天和 30 天,对于 SOD 酶活高低浓度组相较空白组都有显著性差异(P<0.05),酶的活性升高,起到诱导效果,在 14 天,对于 CAT 酶活高低浓度组都有显著性差异(P<0.05),抗氧化防御系统受到损伤,酶的活性降低,起到抑制效果,诺氟沙星对水生生物锦鲫产生致毒作用。关键词:诺氟沙星;锦鲫;超氧化物歧化酶;过氧化氢酶;抗氧化防御系统AbstractAs a broad-spectrum quinolone drug,norfloxacin has been widely used in the prevention and control of aquaculture diseases and has played a positive role.In this dissertation,norfloxacin and Brocade carp were selected as experimental materials to conduct semi-static exposure experiments under laboratory simulation conditions to study the toxic effects of norfloxacin of 10 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg on the antioxidant defense system of Carassius auratus liver.The results showed that 10 mg/kg group and 100 mg/kg group induced superoxide dismutase (SOD) in Carassius auratus, oxidative stress, increased enzyme activity, inhibited catalase (CAT), decreased enzyme activity, and damaged liver antioxidant defense system.At 14 and 30 days,there was significant difference in SOD activity between the high and low concentration group and the blank group (P < 0.05);in 14 days,there was significant difference in CAT activity between the high and low concentration groups (P < 0.05).The antioxidant defense system was damaged and norfloxacin had toxic effect on...
