I摘 要能源结构是能源系统工程研究的重要内容,它直接影响国民经济各部门的最终用能方式,并反映人民的生活水平。但随着能源消费总量不断增加,中国环境质量也在急剧下降。近年来的雾霾污染问题也愈发严重。据医学研究表明,PM2.5 浓度与人体的呼吸系统、免疫系统以及血液系统相关的疾病有着正向关系,雾霾问题的持续加剧使得居民医疗负担增加。本文研究了能源结构、雾霾污染与城市居民健康支出关系,可以为中国的能源结构优化提供相应的初步参考依据,在能源结构调整优化的同时兼顾到居民的健康支出。本次研究也有助于为健全中国医疗保险制度提供理论思考和政策建议。本文首先在理论上分析了能源消费结构与雾霾污染以及雾霾污染与城市居民健康支出之间的机理,发现能源消费结构的优化会减缓雾霾污染,同时雾霾污染的增加会显著带来城市居民健康支出的增加。然后采用 2014-2018 年中国 31 个省市的面板数据实证分析了能源消费结构与雾霾污染以及雾霾污染与城市居民健康支出之间的关系,验证了能源消费结构优化会减缓雾霾污染与雾霾污染会促进城市居民健康支出增加。关键词:能源结构;雾霾污染;城市居民健康支出IIAbstractThe energy structure is an important content of energy system engineering research, it directly affects the final energy use of various sectors of the national economy, and reflects the people's living standards.
