(论文)摘 要含镁磁铁矿固溶体矿物,其本质为铁酸镁 MgFe2O4,是一种具有尖晶石结构的铁氧体材料。尖晶石铁氧体因具有独特的导电方式而备受人们关注,在不同的领域有着广泛的应用。其电性能和电化学性能对其在应用的方面有着较大的影响。本文通过对以往研究者对于尖晶石铁氧体材料的电性能和电化学性能的各方面的的研究与探索的总结,得到了影响该种材料的电性能和电化学性能的各种因素。影响尖晶石铁氧体电性能的因素主要有温度、频率、合成方法、烧结气氛、密度与孔隙度和元素掺杂。影响尖晶石铁氧体材料的电化学性能得因素主要有形貌与结构、元素掺杂、复合。通过对各种因素得分析与讨论,说明了各个因素对相应性能产生影响的机理。总结了改善材料电性能和电化学性能的方法,并对未来的研究方向作了展望。- I -(论文)Study on the synthesis and conductivity of magnesium magnetite solid solution mineralsAbstractMagnesium-containing magnetite solid solution mineral, whose essence is magnesium ferrite MgFe2O4, is a ferrite material with a spinel structure.
