北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 1 万吨导电油墨的生产工艺设计年产 1 万吨导电油墨的生产工艺设计摘 要本设计主要是根据年产 1 万吨导电油墨工艺设计合理的生产系统,选择水性导电油墨作为目标产品,考虑生产的各种因素,结合生产原理选择合适的生产方式进行生产工艺的设计。此生产过程大体分为四步:首先制备以水性丙烯酸树脂液为主体的组份 1;其次制备以导电炭黑为主体的组份;然后将其组分 1 和组分 2 混合并研磨至一定细度;接着加入适当的氨水和去离子水进行调 PH 值和黏度,最终得到产品。根据物料平衡计算确定了每个工艺步骤的每种物质投料量及各分散釜进出料的平衡关系。根据每种物质物料的投料量确立热量衡算,得出各分散釜消耗的热量以及传热介质用量。通过各步物质物料的投料量和各步消耗的热量计算出工艺流程中各分散釜、储罐、离心泵以及搅拌桨的尺寸,工艺尺寸其中包括分散釜塔高、塔径和搅拌桨等,通过工艺尺寸而确定设备的选型。同时对导电油墨生产过程中的厂区的进行设计布置以及三废处理作相关设计和说明。对设计进行成本和利润以及年化利率核算,绘制了相应的设计图纸,图纸包括:工艺流程图、主要设备图和厂房设计图等。关键词:四步法,导电油墨,水性丙烯酸树脂,导电炭黑北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Production process design of conductive ink with annual output of 10,000 tonsAbstractThe design is mainly based on the production system of 10000 tons per year conductive ink process design, the selection of water-based conductive ink as the target product, considering the various factors of production, combined with the production principle to select the appropriate production mode for the design of production process.
