摘 要随着我国社会经济以及科学技术的快速发展,各行各业数量急剧增加,出租车行业独具的灵活性与创新性,使其无论是在数量还是提供就业机会上,都对国民经济做出了重要的贡献,发挥着其他行业难以取代的作用,在我国的经济社会发展中占有重要地位。但是目前我国出租车行业在运营管理中存在的主要问题就是出租车员工流失,准确来讲就是出租车员工的员工流失,出租车员工流失严重影响了出租车行业的运营管理。与此同时,在管理上的存在一定的滞后性,导致了出租车公司内部出租车员工的大量流失,从而严重制约了出租车公司的成长与发展。本文通过对出租车公司运营管理中出租车员工的员工流失情况进行研究分析,并以四川绵阳市游仙区为实际案例进行分析,详细分析影响其出租车员工离职的主要原因,当下出租车公司出租车员工流失的主要特点,以便能更好地解释出租车公司出租车员工的流失现象,并依此作为依据,提出解决出租车公司出租车员工的员工流失的个人建议,进而更好的促进出租车公司的运营管理。关键字:出租车公司,出租车员工,员工流失,运营管理Abstract With the rapid development of China's social economy and science and technology, the number of various industries has increased sharply, and the unique flexibility and innovation of the taxi industry has made an important contribution to the national economy, whether in quantity or in providing employment opportunities, and has played an irreplaceable role in other industries, and occupies an important position in the economic and social development of our country.
