摘 要为了改变现在企业的招聘难,面试效率不高,人岗不匹配,招不到人的现状,通过研究现代人才的测评技术、不同的面试技术,搭建不同的面试体系,通过面试过程的标准化和面试技术的创新,利用不同结构的面试对这一现状做出改变,本论文主要是用于研究面试技术在企业招聘中的应用,在提升企业的面试技术的同时,有助于丰富相关理论的研究。结果表明,面试的很多工具和技术是企业招聘改革的要素,面试的高效很大一部分原因在于面试的技术,所以一个企业要是想在招聘上做出成绩,对于面试技术的认知就是开始面试的第一步。今年受到疫情的影响,招聘越发的困难,很多的人找不到合适的工作,企业也找不到合适的应聘者,企业在招聘时也会增加一定的难度,所以在这样的招聘环境之下,面试也越来越重要,招聘到合适的人才依旧是重点问题,所以在招聘的过程中,我们要在选择人才的时候把握重点,在疫情之中把面试工作做好。所以面试问题已经是招聘中的重中之重是企业不可规避的问题。关键词:面试体系; 招聘; 测评技术; 标准化; 高效 AbstractIn order to change the current situation of difficult recruitment, low interview efficiency, mismatching of personnel and posts, and inability to recruit people, this paper studies the evaluation technology of modern talents, different interview skills, builds different interview systems, and makes changes to this situation through the standardization of interview process and innovation of interview technology by using interview with different structures.
