摘 要随着世界经济全球化的不断推进,市场竞争日益激烈,为了扩大市场份额,实现规模效应,越来越多地企业逐渐走上并购之路,但有相当多地企业对并购后的企业文化整合工作缺乏重视,没有一个系统的指导流程。因此,本文主要在文化整合理论的基础上,通过对并购企业之中的成功案例进行分析,选择合适的整合模式,归纳和总结企业文化整合过程中存在的问题,并根据文化整合的目标和原则,对企业文化整合流程进行系统性的设计,以联想收购 IBM 的为例,为我国并购企业的文化整合提供一定的参考价值,从而提高文化整合的有效性,从而实现真正意义上的并购成功。关键字:文化整合,整合模式,整合流程AbstractWith the continuous advance of the globalization of the world economy, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.
