This design briefly introduces the main use, production status and development trend of benzoic acid. Benzoic acid production process is the main part.First, determine the process flow and process conditions. And then implement material balance and heat balance. Then determine the equipment parameters required for process production and the consumption of raw materials and utilities.Then, set up an automatic control scheme to select pipes and production methods. Arrange the workshop reasonably after the above steps are completed. In addition, a complete treatment plan for the three wastes produced in the benzoic acid production process is proposed.
