基于SSM框架的人事管理系统web开发

基于 SSM 框架的人事管理系统 web 开发 Web development of Personnel Management System based on SSM framework摘 要为了适应企业规模的增长，专业的开发人员研发了人事管理系统。同时，企业对于职员的考勤也是十分看重的，因此也出现了许多适用于企业的考勤系统。有感于此，我在设计该人事管理系统的同时也考虑着把考勤系统也加入进来，做成一个综合人事管理和考勤的人事管理系统。在系统的功能设计上，我综合了市面上比较常见的人事管理系统来进行开发，所设计的功能包括有：个人信息、组织人事、公告、员工关系、员工假勤、考勤管理、职员培训。至于考勤功能这一块，我采用的是人脸识别考勤功能。开发语言使用JAVA，采用 SSM 框架进行开发。关键词：SSM 框架、人脸识别考勤、人事管理系统、JAVA 语言AbstractIn order to adapt to the growth of enterprise scale, professional developers developed personnel management system.
