廉租住房发展问题优化分析研究论文VIP专享

本科论文摘 要廉租住房是一种为低收入家庭解决住房问题的住房保障类型。近年来经济发展越来越快，但是廉租住房却出现发展缓慢的现况，针对发展现状本文对出现的问题进行进一步研究和探讨。本文以潍坊市廉租住房政策为研究对象，通过分析我国廉租住房的政策以及山东省廉租住房的政策，研究潍坊市廉租住房政策发展现状及发展过程中遇到的难题，结合国外廉租住房政策的相关经验，从而为我国廉租住房发展过程中出现的问题提供相应的解决对策和建议。通过对潍坊市廉租住房问题的研究，进一步的分析了我国廉租住房存在的一些问题，为以后廉租住房政策的进一步完善和发展奠定基础，也进一步满足了更多住房困难家庭的住房需求，为社会的公平运行和谐稳定奠定基础。关键字：廉租住房，发展问题，优化 本科论文AbstractLow-rent housing is a type of social housing security used to solve housing problems for low-income families.
