基于评估效果的企业员工培训策略优化研究内 容 摘 要随着经济全球化的发展,企业的竞争焦点已转化为人才间的竞争,拥有数量充足、质量优良且结构合理的员工队伍对于企业战略的制定与执行都至关重要1。而企业获得人才的方式主要分为两种:一是企业外部招聘,二是企业内部员工培训和开发。而员工培训是企业进行人员优化与配置的重要手段,完善组织发展结构的同时使企业的综合实力和竞争力都得到提升。培训的作用在于提高员工专业知识、职业技能、职业素质及工作态度等,使企业获得稳定的人才供应渠道。虽然很多企业都进行员工培训,但是轻视培训效果评估工作,造成企业预期培训目的与工作绩效没有如期完成。本文首先介绍有关研究背景和意义、员工培训和培训效果评估的概念,培训影响因素、柯氏四级评估模型、结合红棉及车公庙企业分析培训现状并剖析原因,提出优化意见,再次强调培训的重要性。本文基于评估视角,在总结现有文献研究基础下总结前者的成果,根据柯氏评估理念,有层次性地提出建议对策,优化员工培训策略,从而为企业员工培训效果评估提供重要依据。关键词:员工培训;评估效果;柯氏评估方法1[1]李梓伊.雀巢集团员工培训与开发的优化策略研究[J].劳动保障世界,2019(09):1+3.IResearch on The Optimization of Employee Training Strategy Based on Evaluation Effect AbstractWith the development of economic globalization, the competition focus of enterprises has been transformed into the competition among talents.
