论零星贩毒的特点及对策 —以昆明螺蛳湾商贸城片区为例【摘要】零星贩毒问题由来已久。螺蛳湾国际商贸城作为昆明市的一个新兴大型贸易中心，地理位置的独特性使该地有大量的人流、物流、车流集散中转。各种违法犯罪行为连续不断，零星贩毒也把它作为滋生蔓延的温床。笔者到螺蛳湾国际商贸城派出所实习，有幸接触到了零星贩毒案件。传统的禁毒理念已不适应严峻的禁毒斗争。笔者联系所学专业知识，结合民警的经验，分析出辖区零星贩毒的特点以及“打零”困难，也找出了一些针对性的“打零”对策。 【关键词】昆明螺蛳湾商贸城；零星贩毒；特点；困难；对策 The characteristic and difficulties of scattered drug trafficking problem in the Bay Trade City in Kunming【 Abstract 】 It has been a long time for the scattered drug trafficking problem.
