摘 要灵芝是我们中国从古至今一直在延用的一种名贵中药材,具有很高的药用价值,其中含有的多糖和三萜是真菌重要的活性物质。采用 Plackett-Burman 法分析不同碳源对灵芝多糖以及三萜合成的影响。以不同时期灵芝发酵液的提取产物作为研究材料,测定发酵液中所含有的灵芝多糖含量和三萜含量,并利用 Plackett-Burman 法分析不同时期的多糖含量,评价多糖含量与不同碳源的相关性。实验结果表明,培养基添加果糖、乳糖,麦芽糖碳源组对灵芝胞外多糖的产量影响最大;果糖、乳糖,麦芽糖碳源组对灵芝三萜产量的影响最大;葡萄糖,蔗糖碳源组合对灵芝生物量的产量影响最大;蔗糖,麦芽糖碳源组合对灵芝胞内多糖的产量影响最大。本研究可为灵芝发酵提高重要参考。关键词:灵芝;液体发酵;多糖;三萜;Plackett-Burman AbstractGanoderma lucidumis a rare Chinese medicinal material that has been used in China since ancient times. It has high medicinal value. The polysaccharides and triterpenes contained in it are the two important active substances of this fungus.The effects of different carbon sources on the synthesis of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes were analyzed by Plackett-Burman method.The polysaccharide content and triterpene content in G. lucidum fermentation broth were determined by using the product extracted from G. lucidum fermentation broth in different periods, and the polysaccharide content in different periods was analyzed by Plackett-Burman method, and the correlation between polysaccharide content and different carbon sources was evaluated. This study can provide some reference data and conclusions for the efficient application of G. lucidum and the high quality research and development of health care products.The results showed that the effect of fructose, lactose and maltose on the extracellular polysaccharide of G.lucidum was the greatest.
