摘 要灵芝是我国医药宝库中一种珍贵滋补中药材,具有很好的保健作用及很高的药用价值。液体深层发酵技术是一种具有较大开发利用前景的灵芝生产方法。本实验利用液体深层发酵技术,与传统的半合成培养基进行对比,观察灵芝菌丝生长状况及多糖含量的变化,设计了一种选用可食用原料按比例配制的液体天然培养基。结果表明:液体天然培养基配比为蔗糖 40g/L,豆粉 26g/L,钙镁片 1.60g/L,氯化钾 0.50g/L,灵芝菌丝生长旺盛,灵芝生物量为 16.0 g/L,胞外多糖含量为 1.91 g/L。关键词:灵芝;液体深层发酵;液体天然培养基;多糖AbstractGanoderma lucidum is a kind of precious tonic Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese medicine it has very good health care function and medicinal liquid submerged fermentation technology of high have greater development and utilization prospect of ganoderma lucidum is a kind of production method of this experiment using liquid submerged fermentation technology, compared with the traditional semisynthetic medium, then observe the changes of ganoderma lucidum hypha growth and polysaccharide content, design a kind of natural edible raw materials according to the proportion of the liquid culture medium.The results showed that: the proportion of liquid natural medium was sucrose 40g/L, soybean powder 26g/L, calcium and magnesium tablets 1.60g/L, potassium chloride 0.50g/L, the growth of ganoderma lucidum mycelium was vigorous, the biomass of ganoderma lucidum was 16.0g /L, and the content of extracellular polysaccharide was 1.91g /LKey words:Ganoderma lucidum;Liquid fermentation;Liquid natural medium;polysaccharide1目 录.........................................................2....................................................2..........................................2............................................3...............................................3..........................................3.....................................3...
