城市社区居家养老服务体系构建研究【摘要】随着老年人数的不断增长，人口老龄化这一问题普遍存在于世界各国，因此人口老龄化俨然成为一个世界难题。由人口老龄化问题所延伸出的养老问题也是一个难题。我国在改革开放后一边发展经济，一边致力于改善民生问题。在经过几十年的不断探索后，居家养老或许是一条符合我国目前国情的养老道路。本文通过介绍国外发达国家的城市居家养老服务体系，总结其发展的经验，再介绍当前我国城市居家养老服务体系的发展历程和现状，根据我国自身的不足和存在的问题提出相关实施建议。【关键词】老龄化；居家养老服务；政策支持；互联网+养老A Brief Talk on the Current Situation of Old-age Support and Welfare in China under the Background of Aging[Abstract] With the continuous growth of the number of elderly people, the problem of population aging is widespread in all countries of the world, so population aging has become a world problem. The problem of providing for the aged, which is extended from the problem of aging population, is also a difficult problem. After the reform and opening up, China has been developing its economy and improving people's livelihood. After decades of continuous exploration, home-based care may be a way of providing for the aged in line with China's current national conditions.
