本科论文摘 要财务报表对于公司来说是非常重要的一部分，尤其对于金地集团这种上市公司来说及其重要大家通过观察金地集团财务报表就可以判断它的发展情况。财务报表上的数据可以直观地表述公司过去任意时间段内公司经营是否良好、资金是否充足、企业是否盈利等。目前对于财务报表分析主要有比率分析法、比较分析表和趋势分析法等。 本文正是基于上述方法为基础，从而对金地集团 2018 年财务报表进行系统、全面分析。首先是对报表中的数据和主要科目进行基本分析，其次针对其财务能力进行进一步分析，最后对金地集团财务报表进行综合分析，并结合报表中所分析出来的问题进行合理化建议，根据这些合理化建议去解决这些影响公司发展的问题。只有这样，才能使得财务报表更具有权威性，增加企业在同行业的竞争力，使金地集团在国内外市场上更快、更好的发展。 关键词：财务报表；财务分析；财务报表分析；综合财务分析本科论文AbstractFinancial statement is a very important part for the company, especially for the listed company like Jindi group.
