中小企业激励机制研究--以潮州三环集团为例摘 要 随着时代的发展,各企业都快速进步与发展,在商业竞争的重重压力之下,部分规模较小的企业面临着不容乐观的发展前景。人才是企业的灵魂,如果一个公司没有科技人员,那么其就缺少了大部分生气,对于吸引科技人员来说,最重要的手段就是建立健全激励制度。许多中小企业普遍存在管理者素质偏低、激励方式单一、绩效评估不完善等问题,各个中小企业应该学习借鉴同为中小企业却能吸引更多的人才、有着更好的发展前景的其他企业,因此本文以潮州三环集团为例,对中小企业如何完善激励机制进行研究。关键词: 中小企业 激励机制 人才 员工积极性Abstract With the development of the times, all enterprises have made rapid progress and development. Under the pressure of commercial competition, some small-scale enterprises are facing an optimistic development prospect.Talents are the soul of enterprises. Enterprises lacking talents have no vitality. In order to retain and manage talents well, the formulation and implementation of incentive mechanism is particularly important. Many small and medium-sized enterprises generally have managers. Low quality, single incentive mode, imperfect performance evaluation and other issues, small and medium-sized enterprises should learn from other enterprises that can attract more talents and have better development prospects. Therefore, this paper takes Chaozhou Sanhuan Group as an example to study how to improve the incentive mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises.
