摘 要互联网的本质是技术驱动的,在风险投资的催化作用下,可以迅速向规模扩张,从而形成网络化的商业模式。这一切的根源是技术,这意味着在任何时候,在任何互联网业务中,了解技术和技术应用的人才都是增长的关键。尽管在以金融为代表的专业服务领域,人才乃至高端人才也很重要。但无论是银行家还是律师,都需要提供高度个性化的服务,他们无法形成“互联网级”的规模,这就限制了他们所需要的人才数量。如今的互联网公司从精英学校聘请到许多产品经理与行业工程师来管理现今越加趋向复杂的组合业务,发展出了许许多多相较于从前更加繁琐复杂的组织架构。近年来,这些管理者熟悉了企业战略管理方面的学科,这类学科曾和工商学并无关系。因此,互联网企业内部高端人才的扩张对互联网企业起着至关重要的作用。在某种程度上,高端人才决定了互联网业务的发展。在实习过程中我发现对于互联网公司,技术决定着公司的发展及走向,所以高端人才对于互联网公司起着至关重要的作用,而随着时代发展,求职者的年轻化多样化,求职者求职方式及公司招聘方式的多样化复杂化使得互联网公司在招聘这些高端人才的过程中遇到了很大的困难。本文以上海网易游戏为例,着重描述了该公司在招聘高端人才过程中遇到的问题及解决策略,并以此为参考旨在帮助更多的互联网公司能更好的开展高端人才的招聘业务。关键词:互联网; 高端人才; 招聘; 人才发展 AbstractThe essence of the Internet is technology-driven.
