企业财务业务一体化与财务管理职能转型——以 TCL 集团为例摘要随着我国信息化建设迅猛发展，企业管理正在呈现由简单的财务信息化向财务业务一体化管理发展。财务业务一体化需要企业各部门的齐心协力，同时还要着重发展培养财务管理人员的各方面素质。本文对财务业务一体化进行了简要概述，以 TCL 公司为例，深入分析了现阶段 tcl 公司财务管理职能转型的必要性，以及财务业务一体化在财务管理中的应用，TCL 公司基于财务业务一体化财务管理职能的应用，存在的问题，并基于这些问题提出了相关建议。关键词：TCL；财务业务一体化；财务管理职能The integration of enterprise financial business and the transformation of financial management function -- Taking TCL group as an exampleABSTRACTWith the rapid development of information construction in China, enterprise management is developing from a simple financial information to the integrated management of financial business.
