互联网消费金融资产证券化案例研究

本科论文摘 要随着我国互联网的快速发展，对于诸多行业的发展产生深远影响，基于互联网的发展，对于金融行业而言，衍生出互联网消费金融。本文是以互联网消费金融资产证券化案例研究为论文题目进行分析，在案例研究方面主要是以著名的京东白条为研究对象进行分析，通过对该案例的背景介绍、案例现状，再到分析该案例存在的问题，并最终针对案例问题提出一些建议。通过本篇论文的研究，一方面希望通过对于该论文的研究分析，能够提升个人分析事物的能力，另外一方面就是通过分析，能够了解什么是互联网消费金融、资产证券化，并通过对于案例的分析，能够为互联网消费金融资产证券化其它案例的分析提供指导性建议。关键词：互联网消费金融，资产证券化，案例研究本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of Internet in China, it has a profound impact on the development of many industries. Based on the development of Internet, for the financial industry, Internet consumer finance is derived. This paper takes the case study of Internet consumer financial asset securitization as the title of the paper to analyze. In the case study, it mainly takes the famous Jingdong Baitiao as the research object. Through the introduction of the case background, the current situation of the case, and then the analysis of the problems in the case, it finally puts forward some suggestions for the case problems. Through the research of this paper, on the one hand, I hope that through the research and analysis of this paper, I can improve my ability to analyze things. On the other hand, through the analysis, I can understand what is Internet consumer finance and asset securitization.
