1汽车零件温冷复合成形加工工艺分析摘要摘要：由于市场需求的快速变化和先进制造技术的发展，作为汽车零部件企业，只有以最低的运营成本生产高质量的产品，才能在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势。基于某汽车零部件制造企业的资源和生产现状，研究并应用基于精益生产理念的温冷复合成形汽车零部件加工技术，以提高零部件生产的灵活性和适应市场快速变化的能力，降低生产成本，增强企业产品的竞争优势。本文以制动活塞、起动机花键轴和换挡块为研究对象，主要从以下几个方面进行研究:1、总结了温冷复合成形技术的发展和工艺特点，介绍了生产方式的演变和发展，并提出了本课题的研究内容。2、分析了温冷复合成形的工艺内容。根据制动活塞、起动电机花键轴和换挡块的特点，提出了温冷复合成形的工艺方案。关键词：汽车零件；温冷复合；工艺分析2Abstract：Due to the rapid changes in market demand and the development of advanced manufacturing technology, as an auto parts enterprise, only by producing high-quality products at the lowest operating cost can it obtain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition. Based on the resources and production status of an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise, the warm and cold composite forming automobile parts processing technology based on lean production concept is studied and applied to improve the flexibility of parts production and the ability to adapt to rapid market changes, reduce production costs and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprise products.
