我国企业对国际贸易反倾销的应对方法研究——以中美贸易摩擦为例【摘要】自中国加入 WTO 以来，中国逐步成为对外贸易大国，遭遇的反倾销也越来越多。近年，备受世界关注的中美贸易关系变得更加紧张，中美“接力”反倾销愈演愈烈，美国以一波又一波的反倾销打击我国产品出口，是我国当前亟待解决的问题。因此，为了帮助我国企业、行业和政府在将来更好的应对对华反倾销，本文分析了全球对华反倾销历史和现状，以美国对华发倾销和近年中美贸易摩擦为研究基础，以时间为维度，从行业角度和案件数等方面变化梳理了美国对华反倾销的相关数据，总结特征，分析原因和产生的影响，借鉴日美贸易战历史经验，从企业、行业协会和政府提出应对方法。分析发现，美国对华反倾销无论是从数量还是行业或者终裁结果来看，都有扩大之势，并且从历史情况借鉴来看中美贸易摩擦可能持续的时间长。因此研究对华反倾销历史、现状和趋势，对我国出口企业在未来面对进口国家采取抵制措施时能提前做好应对措施，减少我国与主要贸易国的摩擦，对我国国际贸易稳定发展具有重要的作用。【关键词】反倾销；应对方法；贸易摩擦注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为：___________。Research on Chinese Enterprises' Countermeasures to Anti-dumping on International Trade——Taking Sino-US Trade Friction as an Example[Abstract] Since China joined the WTO, China has gradually become a major foreign trade country and has encountered more and more anti-dumping.
