I关于中小企业融资问题研究 摘 要近年来，中国的经济总量在世界的占比越来越大，当中中小企业的贡献作用不可忽视，它不仅为我国提供了大量的就业岗位，还在税收和创新发展方面有着卓越贡献，推动经济高速增长。但在企业发展过程中的弊端之一便是融资难，在日益激烈的竞争市场，解决融资难的问题必然能降低中小企业的劣势，让其有更长远的发展。面对问题，本文根据研究资料明确中小企业发展的现状，了解企业存在的融资因素，不仅仅着眼于企业表面所呈现的情况，还会进一步深入研究企业内部反馈的信息，寻找缺陷所在，分析其所带来的弊端，并全方位在企业自身、政府、银行中如何选择适合的融资渠道以实现企业自身效益的最大化提供参考意见。关键词：中小企业；融资；融资问题；融资措施IIResearch on Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Financing ProblemsAbstractIn recent years, China's economic aggregate accounts for an increasing share of the world's total and the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises can not be ignored. They not only provide a large number of jobs for China, but also make outstanding contributions to tax revenue and innovative development, thus promoting rapid economic growth. However, one of the disadvantages in the process of enterprise development is the difficulty in financing. In the increasingly fierce competitive market, solving the problem of financing difficulty is bound to reduce the disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises and enable them to have a longer term development. Facing the problem which base on the data for research on small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation, I not only focused on the enterprise of surface ,but also further in-depth study of enterprise internal feedback information.I will look for flaws and analyse the disadvantages of its brings.
