I税务风险管理研究——以恒大地产为例摘 要因为社会经济的不断发展，房屋对于人们的重要性也越来越高。在当今社会，我国的经济处于飞速增长的状态，这也使得我国房地产行业的发展速度日渐增长，现在房地产行业已经成为了发展速度、增长速度最快的几大行业之一，为我国的经济做出了巨大的贡献。这也导致，该行业也成为税务机关监管的重要对象之一。然而当前，房地产行业在税务风险管理方面仍存在不足，内部机构不健全、相关的制度尚未完善、相关财务人员缺乏税务风险管理的意识。因此，为促使房地产行业能持续性发展，实施有效的税务风险管理办法就显得尤为重要。本文是以恒大地产作为例子进行分析，通过对房地产企业目前所存在的税务风险进行有效分析，并且针对一些问题提出了相关改进建议，目的在于推进房地产企业的可持续发展。关键词：税务风险；房地产企业；恒大地产；风险意识IIThe Research of Tax Risks Management -- A case Study of Evergrande Real EstateAbstractBecause of the continuous development of social economy, housing is more and more important to people.
