解 除 合 同 协 议 书 Contract termination agreement甲方：XXXX 公司Party A： XXXX Co。， Ltd.乙方：XXXXX 公司Party B: XXXXX Co。， Ltd。甲方 XXXX 与乙方 XXXX 于 20 XX 年 XX 月 XX 日签订了《XXXX 项目销售代理合同》，原合同/协议有效期至 2024 年 12 月 31 日,现因《XXXX 项目销售代理合同》第 11。1。4 条之规定，乙方连续 3 月未能达成销售目标原因,致使原合同无法继续履行，现经甲乙双方协商一致，达成如下协议：Party A XXXX Co。， Ltd.
