This paper introduced how to conduct data analysis with Spss software, chi-square test was used to analyzing the date of sex and diffenerent ways of childbirth, and T-test was used to analyzing the expression of platelet derived growth factor (PDGF)among patients of meconium aspiration syndrome, whoreceived drug treatment ofpulmonary surfactant. The results show that sex and childbirth way were no significiant differences in the treatment group comparing with the control group, application of exogenous pulmonary surfactant for treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome could downregulate the expression of platelet-derived gro...
