毕 业 论 文题 目 TiO2 掺杂与热处理对光降解 亚甲基蓝的影响 学 院专 业班 级学 生学 号指导老师二〇一五年月日摘 要目前,在光催化反应所使用的所有半导体催化剂中,TiO2因为其无毒、抗光腐蚀、氧化能力强、催化活性高、稳定性好、成本低等性质最为常用。本实验采纳高温氨气热处理法制备改性二氧化钛粉体。选择钛酸四正丁酯作为前驱物,无水乙醇作为溶剂。制备前驱体后,利用真空高温氨气热处理制备不同温度与热处理条件下的氮掺杂二氧化钛粉体。并且利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见光吸收曲线(UV-Vis)对其进行表征。采纳亚甲基蓝模拟降解物,选择实验制备的二氧化钛粉体进行光催化性能的测试。结果表明,在温度一样的条件下,真空煅烧的二氧化钛粉体能获得更好的光催化性能。在一样热处理条件下,在 550oC 时能获得更好的光催化性能。以制备的二氧化钛粉体为催化剂,用一定波长的可见光照射一定浓度的亚甲基蓝溶液,实验表明二氧化钛粉体对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解具有明显的催化作用。关键词:氮掺杂;热处理;二氧化钛;光催化。ABSTRACTCurrently, all of the semiconductor photocatalyst used in the catalytic reaction, TiO2 because of its non-toxic, anti-light corrosion, oxidation ability, high catalytic activity, good stability, and low cost nature of the most commonly used. The study, prepared by high-temperature heat treatment of ammonia-modified titanium dioxide powder. Select tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, ethanol as the solvent. After the preparation of the precursor, the heat treatment at different temperatures and for preparing nitrogen utilization of high-temperature vacuum heat treatment conditions ammonia-doped titanium dioxide powder.
