X6132 铣床数控化改造学士学位论文摘要本设计说明书包括:概论、总体设计和结论三大部分。通过对我校教学实习基地的一台X6132铣床结构和性能的讨论,针对盘式凸轮加工的特点,并结合现有条件,确定了铣床的数控化改造方案,介绍了滚珠丝杠、步进电动机的计算和选型设计与铣床数控改造的方法、改造部位、数控系统设计与机床改造时应注意的问题。改造后的铣床,进给传动实现自动变速,纵向、横向、垂直进给系统进行数控控制,并要求达到纵向最小运动单位为0.01/脉冲,横向最小运动单位0.005 /脉冲,垂直方向最小运动单位0.005 /脉冲并且可以提高生产效率,保证产品质量和减轻工人的劳动强度。关键词:铣床;数控改造;滚珠丝杠;步进电动机ABSTRACTThis introduction of the design included three main parts:The draw-up of the general outline, the decision and the conclusion. After studying the construction and capability of X6132 milling machine in our college’S teaching practice basement , the rebuilding method of X6132 milling machine was introduced,including the selection and design of ball screw and step electromotor. It also introduces the method and changing parts of milling machine’S numerization rebuilding,the design of numerical system are also discussed and it inquires into the relevant questions of the numerization rebuilding.
