初探關係網絡與職涯發展經驗之質性讨论楊泰和* 劉欣怡崑山科技大學財務金融系 摘要在華人社會中，人和人之間錯綜複雜、重重疊疊的『關係』將共織成一張又厚又密的網，使得不管在做什麼事時都與『關係』離不開，它似乎已是華人生活中一種根深蒂固的經驗。濫觴於這樣的問題意識，本文所欲探究的是：「一個人所形塑的關係網絡，是否會影響其從社會資本中獲得立足點的優勢，從而增進其職涯發展的成功機會？」為增進讨论者和受訪者間互為主體性的體察，並建構彼此內在觀點的意義，本讨论乃透過半結構式深度訪談蒐集文本資料；同時，基於讨论者本身的先驗知識與理解，遵照主題分析法的詮釋（hermeneutic）循環原則進行「整體－部分－整體」循環檢核；最後，形成自然類別下的四個主題概念與命名，使我們對前述讨论問題有更進一步的理解與對話。關鍵字：質性讨论，關係網絡，社會資本，職涯發展。A Pilot Study of Experience on Guanxi Network and Career Development－The Qualitative ApproachTai-Ho Yang Sin-I Lou Department of Finance & Banking, Kun Shan University of TechnologyABSTRACTIt has been pointed out by many researchers that guanxi is an apparent and important experiences in some fields of Chinese society. It is believed that the intensive guanxi contributions from social network will bring the career promotes and develops better. This research tries to explore interviewees' perception towards guanxi based on how it was constructed. Specifically, the relationship between various dimensions of guanxi construction and interviewees' insight of guanxi is investigated. By using the hermeneutic phenomenology methodology, this study intended to interpret and discover the nature of such lived experience and the profoundly hidden meanings. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted as the major method to collect text materials.
