双重寡头垄断下的“多角联盟”策略分析 ——以中国轿车产业为例白让让/复旦大学 管理学院,上海 202433原载《产业经济讨论》2024 年第 2 期【作者简介】 白让让(1967— ),男,陕西长安人,复旦大学管理学院讲师、经济学博士。【内容提要】中国轿车生产企业和产品品种在进入管制放松后的急剧增加,不仅改变了已有的市场 结构,也使长期受到抑制的需求得到充分的释放。隐藏在这一变化背后的是跨国公司控 制力的增强和本土企业的边缘化。本文对“多角联盟”现象的发生进行了一个合作博弈 的解释,基本结论是:(1)“多角联盟”是管制放松、双重寡头垄断的背景下,本土企 业和跨国公司基于能力、资源和产业链的差异而产生的相互需求的结果;(2)“多角联 盟”的流行,可以使跨国公司在较短时间内完成对中国轿车产业的重新划分,国内市场 的产品结构得到提升,付出的代价是本土企业在产业链竞争中将长期处于依附的境地; (3)产业组织与技术进步的协调,即从一味的保护向激励性管制的转变是遏制“多角联 盟”、“中中外”等模式弊端的必定选择。【英文摘要】The rapid increasing of the number of manufacturer and the variety of goods of china's car industries after the deregulation,has not only changed the market structure,but stimulated the demand which was strained for a long -term.Under this change were the strength of transnational corporation control power and the fringe of native firm.This paper explores the “multilateral-alliance”using the cooperate game approach,we show that:(1)the “multilateral-alliance”was the result in the reciprocal demand between the native and transnational corporation,on account of difference in the competence,resource and industrial chain;(2)under this way the transnational corporation could restructure the china's automobiles industry in the short -term,but the cost for improve the production structure was that the development of native industry become an appendage to transnational corporation;(3)for limited the “multilateral-alliance”the industrial policy choice should tur...
