CHANGSHAUNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计(论文) 题目:变压器油中活性硫测试方法的讨论变压器油中活性硫测试方法的讨论 学生: 何 维 民学 号: 4 班 级: 应化 09-01 所在院(系): 化学与生物工程学院 指导老师: 汪红梅完成日期: 2013/6/20变压器油中活性硫测试方法的讨论摘要本文采纳艾氏卡法、库仑法和高频红外法对变压器中活性硫进行测定。调整艾氏卡法测定条件,通过以白油为基础油,加入含活性硫的 2-正丁基硫醚试剂配制一系列质量浓度的硫标准样品,参照 ASTM-D-1275(B)法的实验条件,获得含腐蚀性硫试样,优化铜粉与样品的反应时间,分别测定与铜粉反应前后的各样中的全硫以与反应后铜粉中硫含量。通过硫标准样品中腐蚀性硫含量的线性回归 r 值来衡量三种方法的精密性,对比艾氏卡法、高频红外法与库仑法,发现库仑法是三种方法中最可信的测定油中腐蚀性硫的方法,且高频红外法是未来讨论油中活性硫的一个新方向。关键词:变压器油;活性硫测定;库仑法;高频红外法;线性回归 RESEARCH ON THE TEST METHODOF CORROSIVE SULFUR IN TRANSFORMER OILABSTRACTIn this paper , eschka , coulometry and high frequency infrared method are used to determine the active sulfur in transformer oil.2-n-butyl sulfide reagent containingactive sulfur was added to paraffin liquid to prepare a series of sulfur standard samples. Reaction time between copper power and samples was optimized according to the experimental conditions of ASTM-D-1275 (B) method, and then the total sulfur of each sample before and after the reaction with the copper power , and the sulfur content of reacted copper power were determined respectively. The precision of the three methods was compared by the linear regression r of the content of corrosive sulfur in standard sulfur sample. The results showed that the coulometric method was the most reliable methods of the three methods and the high-frequency infrared method would be applied to measuring the active sulfur in oil in the future.Keyw...
