CHANGSHAUNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY毕业论文题目:变压器油中活性硫测试方法的讨论变压器油中活性硫测试方法的讨论 学生 XX : 何 维 民学 号: 202467090124 班 级: 应化 09-01 所在院(系): 化学与生物工程学院 指导老师: 汪红梅完成日期: 2013/6/11电力变压器绝缘油含硫测试方法的讨论摘要本文采纳艾氏卡法、库仑法和高频红外法对变压器活性硫进行测定,调整测定条件。通过以白油为基础油,加入含活性硫的 2-正丁基硫醚试剂配制一系列质量浓度的标准样品,参照 ASTM-D-1275(B)法的实验条件,优化铜粉与样品的反应时间,在 200℃下样品与铜粉反应 2.5h,分别测定与铜粉反应前和与铜粉反应后的各样中的全硫。关键词:变压器油;活性硫测定;库仑法;高频红外法RESEARCH ON POWERTRANSFORMER INSULATION OIL SULFUR-CONTAINING TEST METHOD ABSTRACTIn order to determine the corrosive sulfur in transformer,the feasibility of the three methods ,that is eschkalmethod 、 coulombmethod and the infrared absorption of sulfur detection method ,was measured by the sample standard addition recovery .
