毕 业 设 计(论 文)题 目:工 程项目的成本控制 姓 名 学 号 所在学院 专业班级 指导老师日 期 摘 要工程项目的成本控制是在项目管理中监控项目工程费用,记录大量的相关成本数据,分析这些数据以保证与时实行正确的纠偏工作。项目成本控制是工程项目管理中一项重要的工作,它包括两个阶段,计划阶段与实施阶段。与控制系统相比,计划系统常常出错,因此,项目的计划阶段必须包括成本控制。项目的各个阶段有不同的参加者。每个参加者的成本控制仅仅是针对其项目管理对象所进行的。一般来说,业主或项目组织者对整个的项目的成本负责,它们是针对工程项目实施成本控制。承包商则是针对合同任务对象跟具合同价实施成本控制,其目的是尽可能多的获得利润,承包商的成本控制效果一般是对工程项目的总成本影响较小,但对工程项目的顺利完成有教大影响至于监理、设计等质询单位,他们主要是协助业主进行成本控制,他们自身的成本控制任务则相对比较简单、比较少。关键词: 成本管理 成本控制 项目管理AbstractLogistics center can achieve on storage, processing, sorting and dispatching variety of merchandise.Logistics center plays an important role on the supply chain of logistics management. To protect the normal role of logistics center, Assessment the performance of the logisticscenter is had regularly, because scientific and effective performance assessment is to supervise, control and guide to logistics center, and it iseasy for logistics center to find out problem and strengthen management. In this paper, logistics center’s features and functions are introduced, and based on the research situation ,background ,role and significance of the logistic performance assessment, evaluating index is given,and the performance assessment system of logistics center is discussed on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard, and qualitative and quantitative analysis are made on performance oflogistics center by AHP model.
