农业大学毕业论文题目:惰性载体对瘤胃真菌产酶活性的影响姓名:学院:动物科技学院专业:动物科学班级:1001学 号:20243867指导老师:王利华2014 年 6 月 5 日惰性载体对瘤胃真菌产酶活性的影响动物科学专业 吴硕文指导老师 王利华摘要:本试验采纳二因素试验设计,通过体外固态发酵试验,利用从崂山奶山羊瘤胃分离纯化的一株真菌菌株探讨不同惰性载体(珍珠岩、沸石、膨润土)与不同添加量(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)对瘤胃真菌产羧甲基纤维素酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、微晶纤维素酶、滤纸酶酶活的影响。结果表明,沸石、膨润土添加组显著提高羧甲基纤维素酶活(P<0.05),载体添加量对酶活影响不显著(P>0.05)。载体类型、添加量与载体类型与添加量互作对对微晶纤维素酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和滤纸酶均有显著影响(P<0.05),以沸石为载体、添加量为 0.2%时产酶活性最高。在发酵第 8 天时,各组酶活较高。综上所述,本试验条件下载体为沸石、添加量为 0.2%、培育 8 天对瘤胃真菌产纤维素酶活最高。关键词:载体;添加量;载体类型;纤维素酶活Influence of inert CarrieronCellulase Activities fermented by Ruminal FungusStudent Majoring in Animal Science Wu ShuowenTutor WangLihuaAbstract:Solid-state fermentation in vitro was adopted to study the effects of inert carrier types and supplements on cellulose activities by two factors experimental design. Carrier types included perlite, zeolite, bentonite, and carrier supplements were 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively. A fungus strain purified and isolated from the rumen of Laoshan dairy goats was fermented to produce cellulases. Carboxymethyl cellulase, β-glucosidase, microcrystalline cellulase and filter paper enzyme were monitored. Compared to bentonite, zeolite and bentonite significantly improved Carboxymethyl cellulase (P<0.05), and the carrier supplements had no significant effects on the Carboxymethyl cellulase (P>0.05).
