Chongqing s scientific development model is the representative of scientific development model in the central and western regions of China. Its basic content includes scientific location , good use of policy , carrier development , vitality stimulation and institutional mechanisms innovation . Meanwhile, this development model will be given new meanings with the economic and social development of Chongqing. Based on Chongqing practice, promoting the research and appliation of Chongqing s scientific development model should be strengthen in concept, improved in content and expanded in operation.Key words: China, scientific development, model, Chongqing中国进展模式是指从中国同时兼有“进展中国家+转型国家+社会主义国家 三重属性这一特征出发，立足中国的特别国情，以建设一个富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家为目标，并在实践中逐步形成的一种有自身特点的进展模式。在贯彻落实科学进展观的伟大实践中，重庆作为中国中西部地区的新兴直辖市，在进展理念、地缘关系、资源配置、进展进程等方面，都具有典型性、示范性和代表性。因此，在推动城乡统筹这一重大课题的时代语境中，深刻揭示“重庆模式”的科学内涵，积极探究”重庆模式”的实现形式，无疑具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。一...
