Chongqing s scientific development model is the representative of scientific development model in the central and western regions of China. Its basic content includes scientific location , good use of policy , carrier development , vitality stimulation and institutional mechanisms innovation . Meanwhile, this development model will be given new meanings with the economic and social development of Chongqing.
