房屋租赁管理系统的设计与实现 公共管理专业

摘 要在 Internet 快速发展的今天，传统商业活动逐渐引入了信息技术，互联网带动着一种新的趋势发展起来。互联网的出现为网上交易提供了平台，为企业与客户之间的交流提供了方便，并且极大的提高了管理人员的工作效率和用户获得信息的便捷。为了对房屋租赁信息进行便捷、精确地统计与分析，使本系统的工作更加准确和时效，所以将信息化技术与方法引入房屋租赁的管理当中，为管理工作带来更大的实效。本文实现的系统是一个为房屋公司租赁房服务的管理信息系统，主要采用 C 语言进行编程、采用微软 ASP.NET 技术进行开发、采用 SQL Server 数据库进行存储。一方面关系到操作容易性、界面简洁性、功能实用性等特点；另一方面该系统又要为客户提供一个广阔而方便的平台，该平台可为客户呈现清晰而全面的房屋租赁信息，使客户可以迅速、方便地找到条件、价格合适的房源。关键词：房屋租赁；管理信息系统；系统设计与实现1Abstract In the rapid development of Internet today, the traditional business activities gradually introduced information technology, the Internet is driving a new trend of development.
