佛山文化研究与探索——逢简村 内容摘要随着经济的快速发展，我国的城镇化进程也逐渐加快，在此背景下，逢简村水乡传统文化也受到了一些影响。因此，探讨研究如何保护逢简村水乡文化，使之继续延续流传这一课题变得非常有意义。逢简村不仅是佛山著名的水乡之都，其饮食文化也源远流长，有着鲜明的广东特色，是美食的重要起源地之一。逢简村水乡文化研究对于加强品牌建设，打造饮美食文化交流圈，促进整个逢简水乡文化的发展都具有非常大的意义。本文以逢简村为例，通过相关理论研究以及分析当地的各项考察，最后结合景点与美食在文化推广中的应用，从而逐渐推进逢简村水乡文化的创新与发展。关键词：逢简村；文化；研究与探索AbstractWith the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization in our country is gradually accelerated.
